I asked for aliens

....and now I have turned into a robot!!
Yes...I am now walking and moving like a robot. Not joking.
The above right side of my body is errr....frozen. I can't move my neck or my arm....if I have to look to the left my whole body has to turn...can't bend down, can't raise my arm...half of me has become robotic!
Tried lavendar oil and some painkillers but they don't seem to be doing much to help....
It must be because I worked for 36 hours and didn't get any "night time" sleep yesterday.
I don't think my body is my biggest fan at the moment....lol

Damn...I can't do any drawing like this...
Can't sit like a vegetable all day though...
Will write some emails and do some research online...its the best I can do today.

This afternoon I am suppose to go to a gallery exhibition with a friend....don't know how I am going to manage that...I will probably need scissors to get out of the pj's I am wearing...

over and out...

[Sorry messed up previous post!]

Do you think maybe you're overdoing it a little?

Have you tried WD40? R2D2 swears by it.

Seriously though try having a lie down and do a relaxation meditation:

Very quickly just 'name' some parts of the body in turn. Centre your consciousness briefly on each of these parts as you name them to yourself. Toes, feet, ankles, calves, knees, thoughs, groin, midriff, chest, shoulders, hands, arms, neck and head. Be aware of any areas where there is particular tension.

Then spend five seconds making your whole body as tense as you possibly can. Then release all of that tension in one go, pushing it out and up and away from you. But before you do this, on the count of three take a long deep breath in. One, two, three -now tense as many muscles in your body as you possibly can, and then count three push the air in your lungs out at the same time as you let go of every last little bit of that tension. One, two, three -push away the stress!

Thank you Gail for the good wishes :)

Chris, do you think I can find a WD40 that is lavendar scented? Or at least jasmin scented? ;)Lol...

Thank you for the exercise suggestion. I will do that once I get back from the exhibition...i did manage to get ready to go...I think the neighbours might get worried though from the aaaaas and the oooohs I was shouting while adjusting my clothes...

I'm sure even the original WD40 would smell good on you.

...and surely your neighbours are used to hearing your oooohs and aaaaas by now ;¬)
